 Members of Congress get paid 15,000 a month after only one term for the rest of their life. Wouldn't it be just and save the US a lot of money if we cut the Congress's paychecks?

does Warren Buffet get a W2 form?

I guess as a owner and manager of Berkshire Warren Buffet seems to called his income other than a taxable salary or base pay as a executive. Isn't he really lying by not taking a salary of base pay package.

I think it's great that anyone in America can make as much as Warren, but isn't he really avoiding taxes by not paying himself a salary or base compensation package.



Does Warren Buffet  get a W2 or 1099 forms at end of the year ?
Maybe if he did, his effective tax rate would be more than his secretary.

I got give Obama credit as a excellent speaker, John Edwards was a lot smoother.

In a speech Obama before a joint session of congress that he requested, he seems to continue to push for more goverment in the conomy with more taxes. He even had the audacity to defer for 2 weeks, how he wants to pay for Jobs Act.


In the political circus Obama described, I believe he is the biggest clown in the room.

Solar company that got federal loan shuts down


WASHINGTON (AP) — A California solar-panel manufacturer once touted by President Barack Obama as a beneficiary of his administration's economic policies — as well as a half-billion-dollar federal loan — is laying off 1,100 workers and filing for bankruptcy.

Solyndra LLC of Fremont, Calif., had become the poster child for government investment in green technology. The president visited the company in May 2010 and noted that Solyndra expected to hire 1,000 workers to manufacture solar panels. Other state and federal officials such as former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Energy Secretary Steven Chu also visited the company's facilities.
