On Friday, Giffords introduced legislation to provide for a 5 percent reduction in pay for members of Congress.

Every year a 5 % reduction in congress and their staff. Can we get the Senate to go along this  downsizing government.

This may reduce the legislation /staff  that sit around trying to fix something.
