does Warren Buffet get a W2 form?

I guess as a owner and manager of Berkshire Warren Buffet seems to called his income other than a taxable salary or base pay as a executive. Isn't he really lying by not taking a salary of base pay package.

I think it's great that anyone in America can make as much as Warren, but isn't he really avoiding taxes by not paying himself a salary or base compensation package.



Does Warren Buffet  get a W2 or 1099 forms at end of the year ?
Maybe if he did, his effective tax rate would be more than his secretary.
