WASHINGTON - Republican Sen. John McCain will return to Virginia on Monday for a campaign rally in Richmond on the eve of Tuesday's primary, his campaign announced.
After kicking off his Virginia campaign Friday with an appearance in Norfolk, McCain plans to return to the state for a rally at the Virginia Aviation Museum at Richmond International Airport.
