Seat-belt your dog or face $1000 fine: Penalties range from $250 to $1,000 and as much as six months in jail.

I think the NJ legislature should meet only once once every 2 years. These shitheads sit around trying to spend more our tax dollars trying to fix some perceived problem.
This 2 year legislative session works well in Texas.
