Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords wants to make security improvements to the home she shares with her husband in Houston. And there is a legal fight over subpoenas in the case of the accused January 8 shooter.

is Rep Giffords still collecting her paycheck as a member of the House of $177,000 a year.
Isn't her husband a highly paid astronaut ? what's his annual salary with NASA /Airforce?
Deepest sympathy to Rep Giffords but this seems absurd.
