We've just learned that The National Council of La Raza hasissued a strong, but transparent plea to lawmakers thatuniversal health care should include illegal aliens. From their site, they are "strongly urg[ing] PresidentObama and Congress to make every effort to ensurethat health care reform reaches all communities."
