You have been such a tremendous supporter of mine through the years. I cannot thank you enough for the financial backing and strong words of support you have offered time and time again.

Rick Renzi has proven himself to be a dedicated, thoughtful and effective Member of Congress for our great state. Rick is a workhorse for his district, our state and our country. Ellen Simon is married to my ex-husband Blaine Tanner. Ellen Simon and her husband had our children and me in Court yet again, on June 28th, 2006, where I reside in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Ellen Simon and Blaine Tanner are looking to eradicate the child support and all Court ordered education and medical needs of the children. To date, that Court Order has been breached in three places. Ellen Simon and Blaine Tanner were married on December 12th, 1997, six months after they met in the Turks and Caicos. Blaine Tanner and Ellen Simon never informed her step-children that they had married and were living the United States. Ellen Simon only met two of her step-children in July of 2000. What amazes us is that Ellen Simon says she is all about family values, and all of the issues for children regarding health, stem cell research for diabetes and education for the middle class. The problem is, Ellen Simon has four step-children and has never met her step-daughter who is the same age as her own daughter. This step-daughter is indeed disabled and has a compromised health situation and special needs right across the board. Ellen Simon has had nothing to do with this step-daughter and even refuses to know her at all. Yet she represents complete strangers just like her. Her step-daughter is diabetic type one, just like the people she is fighting for regarding stem cell research. In his affidavit, Blaine Tanner states that he hasn't worked for years and is supported by Ellen Simon. In his financial statement, Blaine Tanner states that he has lost $35,000,000 U.S. and that his wife Ellen Simon only makes $300,000 U.S. a year. Their lawyer stood up and stated that Ellen Simon pays all of the child support and arrears, which was based on an income of $125,000 a year. The documentation I have is voluminous, fraudulent and full of lies. It will all be presented in Court. When filed, all of the documentation becomes public record for anyone to view. We do not have the means to hire the most expensive lawyers in the United States and Canada. But we do have the truth on our side and it speaks volumes. Everything we do in life boils down to respect, integrity, honor and being impeccable with your word. We are all brought to our knees irrespective of any lifestyle or vocation. In Ontario, Canada alone, there is over 1.9 billion dollars owed by deadbeat parents. There are also over 225,000 families who live with this reality every day. When you add in all of the provinces and all of the states, it is overwhelming. Maybe my purpose in life is to help change the laws governing the responsibilities of parents to their children with this historical and precedent setting case. If it wasn't part of family law, the act of deliberately avoiding the upbringing and nurturance of children, would be enforced under the criminal code.
