He claims Napolitano favoured Dora Schriro,
who had worked as director of the Arizona Department of Corrections when
Napolitano was governor of the state, for
a job due to their relationship.
Hayes first worked as a border patrol agent in
1995 and then served as director of ICE
Detention and Removal Operations in Washington, DC, but was demoted after
Napolitano's appointment, he
claims.
In February 2009, she appointed Schriro as a
'special adviser' and began pushing him out of meetings, the lawsuit
says. Hayes claims that Schriro, who is now
commissioner of the city Department of
Correction, was not as qualified him for the role as she did not have as much
law-enforcement experience.
'Schriro did have experience, however, working
with Secretary Napolitano,' it writes. 'Schriro enjoyed a long-standing
relationship with the secretary.' The lawsuit does not outline the exact nature
of the relationship between Napolitano and the woman she brought with her to
Washington from Arizona. It has long been rumoured that 'Big Sis'
Napolitano is a lesbian, but in 2002 she publicly denied the
claims.
Girlfriend of Janet Napolitano , Homeland Security
Secretary, quits amid sex charges
This could be an exciting story/gossip at the Democratic Convention next week.
Lesbians on top. Office sluts at ICE ?
Homeland Security
Secretary Janet Napolitan.
Suzanne Barr, chief of staff to ICE
Director John Morton, said in her resignation letter that the allegations
against her are "unfounded." But she said she was stepping down anyway to end
distractions within the agency. Barr's resignation has been confirmed by ICE / Homeland Security
Department.
On one occasion, Barr called a colleague in his hotel room
and screamed using sexually explicit language, telling him she ‘wanted his c***
in the back of [her] throat’. Hayes claims he ‘felt that he was being targeted because
of his gender’ and witnessed Barr repeatedly picking on men. She ‘created a frat-house type atmosphere that is targeted to humiliate
and intimidate male employees’, according to court papers. In 2009 she ‘removed the entire contents of the offices of three male
employees, including nameplates, computers and telephones, to the men’s bathroom
at ICE headquarters’.
Barr is accused of sexually inappropriate
behavior toward employees. The complaints are related to a sexual discrimination
and retaliation lawsuit filed by a senior ICE agent in May.
Suzanne Barr, a 1995 graduate of the University of Arizona, was among Napolitano's first
appointments after she became secretary in 2009. Barr started working for
Napolitano in 2004, while Napolitano was governor of Arizona.
Galvanizing conservatives Dinesh D’Souza and
John Sullivan’s documentary 2016: Obama's America
grossed a stellar $6.3 million as it expanded nationwide over the weekend,
beating a trio of three new films.
The anti-Barack Obama film, opening last month in only a few
theaters, now boasts a domestic cume of $9.2 million, the top gross of the year
for a documentary (excluding nature films). Bully was the previous
crownholder with $3.5 million.
Among other records, Obama's America is now the top conservative
documentary of all time, beating out Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed
($7.7 million).
Obama's America -- promoted heavily on talk radio and distributed by
Rocky Mountain Pictures -- timed its nationwide expansion to the Republican
National Convention, which gets underway this week in Tampa, Fla.
Otherwise, it was a dismal weekend for new offerings. Holdovers dominated the
box office chart, led by Lionsgate and Millennium Films' The
Expendables, which grossed $13.5 million in its second weekend for a 10-day
domestic cume of $52.3 million.
Sony's new Joseph Gordon-Levitt action thriller Premium
Rush came in No. 8, opening to a muted $6.3 million. The film cost just
north of $30 million to produce and is directed by noted screenwriter
David Koepp, who co-wrote the script with John
Kamps.
You can "give Grijalva the boot" by voting for Amanda Aguirre, according to a set of new attack ads from the Aguirre campaign.
The first ad begins, "Raúl Grijalva has never held a job that taxpayers haven't subsidized," and goes on to criticize his boycott comments from 2010, which have been a major theme of this race.
The other two ads feature a male voice-over who says things like "folks" and "I reckon" and "du-n't" instead of "doesn't."
"Grijalva says 'Truth to Power.' I reckon he loves power, but where's the truth?" the voice says.
When a picture of a cowgirl boot comes on the screen, the voice chuckles and says, "Let's put our best foot forward, vote for Amanda and give Grijalva the boot."
You can see all three TV ads on Aguirre's YouTube page.
There’s the way things LOOK…and the way things really ARE. Either way, Harry Reid’s family of sons making their careers as lobbyists reeks of political opportunism. Didn’t a single one want to be a Fireman? A Doctor?
A decade ago, the Los Angeles Times was the first to investigate Senator Harry Reid noting that THREE of Reid’s FOUR sons at the time were LOBBYISTS. Each Reid boy worked for Nevada’s largest law firm, Lionel, Sawyer & Collins. All of them have benefited from Reid’s position.
Here’s how the Los Angeles Times put it:
“Harry Reid is in a class by himself. One of his sons and his son-in-law lobby in Washington for companies, trade groups and municipalities seeking Reid’s help in the Senate. A second son has lobbied in Nevada for some of those same interests, and a third has represented a couple of them as a litigator.

I am President Obama’s classmate at Columbia University, Class of ’83. I am
also one of the most accurate Las Vegas oddsmakers and prognosticators. Accurate
enough that I was awarded my own star on the Las Vegas Walk of Stars. And I
smell something rotten in Denmark. Obama has a big skeleton in his closet. It’s
his college records. Call it “gut instinct” but my gut is almost always right.
Obama has a secret hidden at Columbia- and it’s a bad one that threatens to
bring down his presidency. Gut instinct is how I’ve made my living for 29 years
since graduating Columbia.
Obama and his infamous strategist David Axelrod understand how to play
political hardball, the best it’s ever been played. Team Obama has decided to
distract America’s voters by condemning Mitt Romney for not releasing enough
years of his tax returns. It’s the perfect cover. Obama knows the best defense
is a bold offense. Just keep attacking Mitt and blaming him for secrecy and
evasion, while accusing him of having a scandal that doesn’t exist. Then ask
followers like Senator Harry Reid to chase the lead. The U.S. Senate Majority
Leader appears to now be making up stories out of thin air, about tax returns he
knows nothing about. It’s a cynical, brilliant, and vicious strategy. Make
Romney defend, so he can’t attack the real Obama scandal.
This is classic Axelrod. Obama has won several elections in his career by
slandering his opponents and leaking sealed documents. Not only do these
insinuations and leaks ruin the credibility and reputation of Obama’s opponents,
they keep them on the defensive and off Obama’s trail of sealed documents.
By attacking Romney’s tax records, Obama’s socialist cabal creates a problem
that doesn’t exist. Is the U.S. Senate Majority Leader making up stories out of
thin air? You decide. But the reason for this baseless attack is clear- make
Romney defend, so not only is he “off message” but it helps the media ignore the
real Obama scandal.
My answer for Romney? Call Obama’s bluff.
Romney should call a press conference and issue a challenge in front of the
nation. He should agree to release more of his tax returns, only if Obama
unseals his college records. Simple and straight-forward. Mitt should ask “What
could possibly be so embarrassing in your college records from 29 years ago that
you are afraid to let America’s voters see? If it’s THAT bad, maybe it’s
something the voters ought to see.” Suddenly the tables are turned. Now Obama is
on the defensive.
My bet is that Obama will never unseal his records because they contain
information that could destroy his chances for re-election. Once this challenge
is made public, my prediction is you’ll never hear about Mitt’s tax returns ever
again.
Why are the college records, of a 51-year-old President of the United States,
so important to keep secret? I think I know the answer.
If anyone should have questions about Obama’s record at Columbia University,
it’s me. We both graduated (according to Obama) Columbia University, Class of
’83. We were both (according to Obama) Pre-Law and Political Science majors. And
I thought I knew most everyone at Columbia. I certainly thought
I’d heard of all of my fellow Political Science majors. But not Obama
(or as he was known then- Barry Soetoro). I never met him. Never saw him. Never
even heard of him. And none of the classmates that I knew at Columbia have ever
met him, saw him, or heard of him.
But don’t take my word for it. The
Wall Street Journal reported in 2008 that Fox News randomly called 400 of
our Columbia classmates and never found one who had ever met Obama.
Now all of this mystery could be easily and instantly dismissed if Obama
released his Columbia transcripts to the media. But even after serving as
President for 3 1/2 years he refuses to unseal his college records. Shouldn’t
the media be as relentless in pursuit of Obama’s records as Romney’s? Shouldn’t
they be digging into Obama’s past–beyond what he has written about himself–with
the same boundless enthusiasm as Mitt’s?
The first question I’d ask is, if you had great grades, why would you seal
your records? So let’s assume Obama got poor grades. Why not release the
records? He’s president of the free world, for gosh sakes. He’s
commander-in-chief of the U.S. military. Who’d care about some poor grades from
three decades ago, right? So then what’s the problem? Doesn’t that make the
media suspicious? Something doesn’t add up.
Secondly, if he had poor grades at Occidental, how did he get admitted to an
Ivy League university in the first place? And if his grades at Columbia were
awful, how’d he ever get into Harvard Law School? So again those grades must
have been great, right? So why spend millions to keep them sealed?
Third, how did Obama pay for all these fancy schools without coming from a
wealthy background? If he had student loans or scholarships, would he not have
to maintain good grades?
I can only think of one answer that would explain this mystery.
Here’s my gut belief: Obama got a leg up by being admitted to both Occidental
and Columbia as a foreign exchange student. He was raised as a young boy in
Indonesia. But did his mother ever change him back to a U.S. citizen? When he
returned to live with his grandparents in Hawaii or as he neared college-age
preparing to apply to schools, did he ever change his citizenship back? I’m
betting not.
If you could unseal Obama’s Columbia University records I believe you’d find
that:
A) He rarely ever attended class.
B) His grades were not those typical of what we understand it takes to get
into Harvard Law School.
C) He attended Columbia as a foreign exchange student.
D) He paid little for either undergraduate college or Harvard Law School
because of foreign aid and scholarships given to a poor foreign students like
this kid Barry Soetoro from Indonesia.
If you think I’m “fishing” then prove me wrong. Open up your records Mr.
President. What are you afraid of?
If it’s okay for U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to go on a fishing
expedition about Romney’s taxes (even though he knows absolutely nothing about
them nor will release his own), then I think I can do the same thing. But as
Obama’s Columbia Class of ’83 classmate, at least I have more standing to make
educated guesses.
It’s time for Mitt to go on the attack and call Obama’s bluff.
Valerie Jarrett was born in Iran, what her religion ?
Despite the information being easily accessed, most Americans are likely
still unaware that Valerie Jarrett was born in Iran, and spent her first five
years in that country. Like Barack Obama, Jarrett’s initial experience was not
as an American, but an American/Muslim hybrid. According to an American Spectator report in August
of 2008, the Obama campaign had initiated an aggressive program to hide Jarrett’s Iranian background.
This program received significant help from certain
media figures who were only too happy to comply with the Obama camp’s request
that Jarrett’s Middle East ties were not made a public matter – even as
Iranian.com declared Jarrett its “Iranian of the Day” that same month of
August.
Also during that same time period, Barack Obama admitted to the New
York Times that, “I trust her (Jarrett) to speak for me, particularly when
we’re dealing with delicate issues” and that he ran every important decision by
her first.

David Plouffe, White House senior adviser, sent a fiery memo to House and
Senate Democrats late Friday, urging them to use the August recess to echo
President Barack Obama’s message to middle-class families that “he is on their
side by fighting for legislation that grows the economy from the middle out, not
the top down.”
did Valerie Jarrett recommend David Plouffe as a presidential adviser?
Well. Valerie Jarrett was born in Iran, is she considered a citizen of Iran?
Obama quietly eases the rules for getting welfare assistance. The HHS department rewrites the rules for determining eligibility for welfare.
It was revealed late last week through a Health and Human Services memo that
the Obama administration is planning to quietly reform, and as Republicans
allege unilaterally gut, the 1996 Welfare Reform Bill. Under the new
reforms, states would be allowed to request waivers for the work requirements
for welfare recipients that were at the foundation of the 1996 bill.
“This is a brazen and unwarranted unraveling of welfare reform,” Michigan
Republican and Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee Rep. David Camp
told the Washington Times. “This ends welfare reform as we know
it.”
The Times notes that the new policy would allow states to launch their own
welfare reform projects, during which they would not have to require that
recipients work.
The Obama administration does not have the ability to waive the work
requirement by themselves, but can waive another section of the act that
includes language requiring states to enforce the work requirement. On “Real
News” Tuesday the panel discussed the possible reform to welfare policy and
the administration’s legal authority to waive the work requirement.
Pres Obama wants another $1 billion for education !
What the shit !!!!
Just look at the track record of Arne Duncan with the Chicago school system, his history was a disaster for the children of Chicago, now he's at a federal level position.
Education Secretary Arne Duncan said he expected the two parties to come
together to support achievement in areas of high demand. "This initiative has nothing to do with politics," Duncan said. "It's
absolutely in our country's best long-term economic interest to do a much better
job in this area."
The 7 Habits’ author Stephen Covey dies |The Salt Lake Tribune
Stephen R. Covey, a former Brigham Young University
business management professor who catapulted to fame and fortune with the
publication in 1989 of his book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People," has
died.
Covey died early Monday morning at the Eastern Idaho
Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls from the residual effects of a bicycle
accident in April, his family said. He was 80 years old.
Covey, who after his early success went on to write a
string of books playing off the "7 Habits" themes that reportedly sold more than
20 million copies in 38 languages, became a management guru for companies and
government agencies. He was named to Time magazine’s top 25 most influential
Americans of 1996 and "The 7 Habits" made several lists as one of the most
influential business books ever.
In 2011, Covey was ranked 47th in the Thinkers 50 list of
world’s Top 50 business thinkers.
Day after the supreme court ruling , I am still pondering with Obamacare may mean to me.
Will the traditional private medical health care delivery system erode into a network of government operated hospitals like the current VA system.
I have no experience in a VA hospital , but I would be shocked if they approached the quality of care in a privately operated hospital.
Was Valerie Jarrett, one of President Obama’s closest advisers,
introduced to the president’s political circles by her father-in-law, a
communist sympathizer who worked with the radical Obama mentor Frank
Marshall Davis?
Jarrett’s family background and her initial introduction to Obama may
tie her to onetime Obama environmental adviser Van Jones’ radical
ideology.
Jarrett’s father-in-law, Vernon Jarrett, was an associate of Frank
Marshall Davis, the controversial labor movement activist who has been
identified as an early influence on Obama.
Vernon Jarrett and Davis worked together in 1940 in a Communist
Party-dominated organization, the Citizen’s Committee to Aid Packing
House Workers. The group’s own correspondence, previously uncovered by the New Zeal blog, describes its communist influence. Many of its leaders were tied to the Communist Party.
The pair also frequented the SouthSide Community Art Center, which
was dominated by communists. In addition, Davis and Vernon Jarrett
worked in the late 1940s on the communist-influenced, black-run Chicago
Defender newspaper.
In 1948, Jarrett started a radio show, “Negro Newsfront,” and went on
to become the Chicago Tribune’s first black syndicated columnist.
A Washington Post obituary of Jarrett notes he “stoked the political
embers in Chicago that led to the 1983 election of the city’s first
African-American mayor, Harold Washington.”
“Vernon Jarrett was a key influence in Washington’s decision to run
for the Chicago mayoralty and remained a key supporter through his
four-year tenure,” the newspaper reported.
Obama has hailed Washington’s victory as a motivation for him to move
to Chicago from New York. Washington was involved in
communist-dominated circles in Chicago.
Vernon Jarrett clearly watched the rise of Obama as an activist. When
Obama worked for Project Vote to register black voters with the intent
of aiding the senatorial campaign of Carol Moseley Braun, Jones took
note. Obama later took over Braun’s Senate seat.
Writing in the Chicago Sun-Times in 1992, Jarrett noted: “Good news!
Good news! Project Vote, a collectivity of 10 church-based community
organizations dedicated to black voter registration, is off and running.
… If Project Vote is to reach its goal of registering 150,000 out of an
estimated 400,000 unregistered blacks statewide, ‘it must average
10,000 rather than 7,000 every week,’ says Barack Obama, the program’s
executive director.”
Valerie Jarrett married Vernon’s son, William Robert Jarrett, in 1983.
In 1987, she got her start in politics, working for Washington as
deputy corporation counsel for finance and development. She was deputy
chief of staff for Mayor Richard Daley, during which time she hired
Michelle Robinson, then engaged to Obama.
Valerie Jarrett went on to run the finances for Obama’s Senate bid in 2004, the year Vernon Jarrett died.
Currently, Jarrett is touted as one of Obama’s closest advisers.
But not a word about Jarrett’s involvement in Michelle Obama’s patient-dumping scheme at the University of Chicago Medical Center, where Jarrett sat of the board of directors.
And not a word about Jarrett’s involvement in Grove Parc — the Chicago slum complex
managed by Jarrett’s company, Habitat, Inc. To this day, Jarrett
refuses to answer questions about the dilapidated housing development.
Was that site right in the area for the proposed Chicago Olympics , a plan Obama promoted but was rejected by on global community. Was Valerie speculating on the proposed real estate for her own proft and gain.
FOX news just did a brief segment on King Obama , as a Imperial president. His "can't wait" program, seems to mean that he will do whatever he wants , bypassing congress and the Supreme court.
He seems to be implementing his "cap and trade" energy program thru the EPA. Thru Attorney General Eric Holder he selectively enforcing laws that he likes and ignoring laws that he does not like. Issues here include voter id laws, cleaning up voters rolls.
I praying for a successful November election. Then we won't have to deal with Obama and his comrades.
It seems he behaving like a African tyrant in some obscure lawless country.
Maine's Governor Paul LePage said in his radio address on Saturday when he referred to the IRS as
"the new Gestapo."
LePage said the court decision has
"made America less free." "We the people have been told there
is no choice," he said. "You must buy health insurance or pay the new Gestapo -- the
IRS."
I think millions have already been spent just to gear up the IRS for this nationalization of healthcare.
The media report Valerie Jarrett is the Obamas closest friend and
White House advisor and they don't make a move without consulting
her.
For many years, Valerie managed the Grove Parc apartment
complex in south Chicago. It consists of 504 apartments. Ninety-nine are
vacant and uninhabitable. Mice are rampant. Roofs have collapsed.
Sewage seeps into kitchen sinks. It is a dangerous place. It is located
in the legislative district which Obama represented for eight years in
the Illinois Senate.
Grove Parc tenants feel their senator could have done more for them.
Their efforts are to keep Grove Parc from being demolished, as the
locale is convenient, and to obtain a new management company to
rehabilitate the apartments.
The complex is managed by The Habitat Executive Services,
Inc. of which Valerie was the Vice President, President and then CEO
for 12 years preceding her ascent to the White House. During her tenure
Federal inspectors in 2003 rated Grove Parc 82 positive points out of
100; in 2005 only 56 of a 100; and in 2006 a scant 11 of a hundred. She
also co-managed an even larger subsidized complex which was seized by
the federal government in 2006 after city inspectors found widespread
problems.
In a 2009 report Valeries previous year's management
income was $300,000 and $550,000 in deferred compensation from The
Habitat Executive Services, Inc. (The Wall Street Journal also reported
she disclosed payments of more then $346,000 for service on boards of
directors that reflect her political ties, and work in Chicago real
estate and community development. She was paid $76,000 for service as a
director of a Chicago-based global consulting group with governmental
clients. She received $146,600 from thre United States Government and
$58,000 to serve on the board of Rreef American REIT II, a real estate
investment trust based in San Francisco. The Chicago Stock Exchange,
Inc., paid her $34,444.)
In explanation of her management record at The Habitat
Executive Services, Inc. Valerie explained it's difficult to manage
something you don't own.
As an Illinois Senator in alignment with Chicago Mayor
Daly and now as President, Obama does not favor public housing but
public-private housing development. The government gives money to
developers, to build public housing. Obama's close friends and
political supporters profited greatly as they became developers.
Included among them is Allison Davis, a law associate, Antoin Tony
Rezko, et. al. The latter, Rezko, renovated 1,000 apartments, refused
management, and the apartments are uninhabitable.
When the construction is completed, the apartments are
managed by a private management company, such as Valerie's The Habitat
Executive Services, and not a government entity. The government pays
for construction as well as the management company. As the government
pays the rent and the inhabitants have no other place to go, there is no
incentive for the management company to make repairs or to attract new
renters. In the end the properties become uninhabitable and are
abandoned.
The newspaper, The Boston Globe, found thousands of
abandoned, uninhabitable apartments across Chicago which were built with
government subsidies. Several hundred found in (Senator) Obama's
district deteriorated to the point they were no longer habitable.
In some cases where the buildings become uninhabitable,
new government money is provided to rehabilitate the buildings and the
cycle repeats.
President Obama touts The National Affordable Trust Fund
Act (HR 2895) passed by the both houses in 07 and08 which Maxine
Waters and Barney Frank state $800 million to $1 billion will be spent
annually: (Waters) without increasing government spending or the deficit
and (Frank) paid for in ways that do not draw on federal tax revenues.
HR 2895 does not state where the money will come from.
The Boston Globe reports the money will come from the
income profits of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac at $500 million annually
and as in Illinois the money will be paid to private developers. This
follows through with Obama's campaign promises. Critics say the
sapping of such large amounts of income imperils the financial levels of
both institutions.
The above information was taken from the Boston Globe
which published a series of articles on Chicago housing. None of it was
picked up and reported on by ABC, NBC or CBS.
A number of States have Trust Funds for low cost housing
but construction and management are by government entities, not as in
Chicago by developers and private management companies.

Jesse Jackson Jr. calls in sick to congress? and to campaigning for his Illinois house seat ?
US Rep. Jackson requires
in-patient treatment
The statement said Jackson, 47, will need
"extended in-patient treatment as well as continuing medical treatment
thereafter."
Messages left Thursday for his wife,
Chicago Alderman Sandi
Jackson, and a brother who is a professor in Chicago, were not
immediately returned. Jackson's father, the Rev. Jesse Jackson, did not immediately have a
comment.
Congressman Jackson, who first won office
in 1995, has been under intense scrutiny in recent years because of his ties to
Blagojevich and an extramarital affair. Both issues have come up on the campaign
trail and with voters.
Earlier this year, Jackson had to campaign
harder than he has in years when he faced a credible primary challenge from
former U.S. Rep. Debbie Halvorson, who made Jackson's ethical troubles a focus
of her campaign.
A pending House Ethics Committee probe is
considering allegations that Jackson was involved in discussions about raising
money for Blagojevich's campaign in exchange for the then-governor appointing
him to President Barack
Obama's vacated U.S. Senate seat.
Jackson also allegedly directed a
fundraiser and longtime friend, Raghuveer Nayak, to buy plane tickets for
a woman described as Jackson's "social acquaintance." Jackson has since called
it a personal matter that he and his wife have dealt with in private.
Nayak was arrested last month and pleaded
not guilty to unrelated fraud charges involving outpatient surgery centers he
owns. At Blagojevich's first corruption trial in 2010, prosecutors said another
Blagojevich fundraiser was ready to testify that Jackson instructed Nayak to
raise money for Blagojevich's campaign to help him secure the Senate seat. The
same witness later testified that he attended a meeting with Jackson and
Nayak.

June 5, 2012 (CHICAGO) (WLS) --
A $100,000 reward is being offered for information on Fidel Urbina, 37,
who has been the subject of a nationwide manhunt since the 1999 rape and murder
of a Chicago woman.
Urbina was added to the
FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list on Tuesday afternoon.
VIDEO: Watch the FBI press conference
"I would consider him a very vile person, a very dangerous person, and if
he's in Mexico or Texas or Arizona, he's a threat to any individual down there.
The sooner we can apprehend him the better we will be," said Robert Grant,
special agent-in-charge of the FBI's Chicago office. "Both his crimes involve
young women, involve rape, involve beatings."
He is wanted for the
1999 brutal sexual assault and murder of one woman and the 1998 beating and
sexual assault of a second woman, according to the FBI. Both took place in
Chicago.
In 1998, he was arrested by the Chicago Police Department in connection with
a brutal rape on the city's South Side. The woman escaped, and Urbina was
charged with aggravated sexual assault.
While awaiting his trial, he was released on bond. Officials say that's when
he attacked a second woman who had brought her car to the garage where he worked
as a mechanic. Police say Urbina raped and killed 22-year-old Gabriella Torres,
whose burned body was found in the trunk of a car.
Urbina was last seen two years ago, according to the FBI. He has family in
the Chicago area, but may also be residing Mexico, where he was born. He is not
an American citizen and he came across the border illegally, police said, using
a different name.
Wherever he is, officials warn he should be considered armed and dangerous.
On July 20, 1999, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Urbina and on
August 26, 2006, a provisional arrest warrant was signed by a Mexican Federal
Magistrate.
Urbina, who is a Mexican national, is described as a Hispanic/male, 37 years
of age, 6'0" tall, medium build, weighing approximately 170 pounds. He has black
hair, brown eyes and a severely pockmarked right cheek. He has been known to use
numerous aliases, including the names Lorenzo Maes, Fernando Ramos and Fidel
Urbina Aquirre.
Chicago FBI officials say they first asked to have Urbina on the list of the
Most Wanted two years ago.
"We will keep hunting for him until he's dead or in somebody's hands," Grant
said. "That's the way you get off the top ten list."
A reward of up to $100,000 is being offered for information leading to the
location and arrest of URBINA. Anyone recognizing him or having any information
as to his current whereabouts is asked to call the Chicago FBI at (312) 421-6700
or your nearest law enforcement agency.
I seen the video, words of wisdom from Rep. Joe Walsh,
R-Ill.,
Last week at a Town Hall meeting, Rep Joe Walsh told constituents the Democratic Party wants Hispanics and blacks
to be dependent on government and also said civil rights leader
Jesse Jackson
wants the same thing.
"Jesse Jackson would be out of work if
(blacks) weren't dependent on government," Walsh said.
On Friday, Walsh had the opportunity to
apologize on the "Big John & Amy" radio show but instead, as reported by the Chicagoist, he stepped in even deeper saying,
"All Jesse Jackson is trying to do is to keep African-Americans down on some
plantation."
Walsh's bigotry is not only disheartening,
it's wrong. He's following a number of Republicans who seem to believe nonwhites
make up the majority of Americans who are on welfare. Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum have made similar comments, and in January, the
Chicago Tribune reported statistics that fly in the face of the stereotypical
image of the "black 'welfare mother' having out-of-wedlock babies so she can
stay home and live large off the taxpayers."
The majority of food stamp recipients are
white, but these bigoted men seem to be incapable of comprehending the reality
in America today. Many Republicans seem to want to blame the state of the
economy on government public assistance programs, but perhaps they're just
trying to shift the blame from the real culprit: corporate welfare.
Conservatives seem to have a problem
helping individuals and families in true need, but they don't have a problem
with big tax breaks to rich corporations.
Gingrich had the gall to comment that black
Americans should demand jobs, but not food stamps, yet according to the Washington Examiner, his consulting firm received $1.6 million
in fees from the government-sponsored enterprise Freddie Mac.
Gingrich, Walsh and the majority of
conservatives seem to pick and choose when they want the government's help and
when they don't to suit their agenda. They drive the same government-funded
highways we all do, and also rely on firefighters and police to protect us.
Gov. Nikki Haley has been vicious to organized labor,
saying in her State of the State address that "unions are not needed, wanted or
welcome in South Carolina." After years of being treated like a union thug,
Donna Dewitt gets sweet revenge at a retirement reception in her honor.
The Health and Human Services Department has signed a $20 million contract
with a public-relations firm to highlight part of the Affordable Care Act.
The new, multimedia ad campaign is designed to educate the public about how
to stay healthy and prevent illnesses, an HHS official said.
The
campaign was mandated by the Affordable Care Act and must describe the
importance of prevention while also explaining preventive benefits provided by
the healthcare law. The law makes many preventive services available without a
co-pay or deductible, and provides new preventive benefits to Medicare
patients.
The PR firm Porter Novelli won the contract after
a competitive bidding process. The $20 million contract was first
reported by PR Week. Porter Novelli did not immediately respond
to a request for comment.
Running Against Grijalva? No Voter Database for You!
The Arizona Democratic Party refused requests from two Democratic Party
candidates for the party's voter file — both candidates, Amanda Aguirre and
Manny Arreguin are running against incumbent Raul Grijalva for U.S.
Congress.
Hat tip to Huffington
Post writer Alex Brant-Zawadski , who followed up on a story that first ran
on conservative
blog Western Free Press.
Each political party maintains their own voter data base, and is typically
available to candidates who use the information to reach registered voters
during a campaign and to increase voter turn-out.
Monday, I called the state party's executive director Luis Heredia to get
more information. I spoke briefly with Frank Camacho, chief of communications,
and was told he'd have Heredia get back to me. I never heard back from Heredia,
so I called again yesterday and left a message on his voice mail. Still no
word.
Heredia never called the Huff-Po writer back either, but Camacho said
this:
... that the decision was made by a vote of the state Executive
Committee. I was told the executive director, Luis Heredia, would call me back
to explain. Heredia never called me back. The next day, the gracious Mr. Camacho
apologized profusely for the lack of a response, then relayed what he was told
to relay about the incident.
It seems that because Raul Grijalva is an incumbent with the endorsement of
the White House, the Executive Committee somehow felt it necessary to empower
Heredia with the ability to deny access to VAN or Voter File. "The party has
invested in that file and it contains proprietary information," said Camacho.
"So when the executive director was given authorization by the Executive Board,
he exercised that authority and decided to deny [Arreguin] access." It should be
noted that Heredia is a former aide to Congressman Grijalva.
On Monday, I talked with Arreguin, the Tucson doctor who is one of the two
Dems running against Grijalva, and Tuesday morning I talked with Aguirre, the
other candidate from Yuma who served as an state Senator from 2006 to 2010 and a
state Representative from 2003 to 2006. Yesterday, I left word with Grijalva's
media contact Adam Sarvana asking for comment, but he directed me to the Huff-Po
piece and Camacho's comment.
Arreguin said his campaign talked with the state Secretary of State's office
to obtain the voter file and filled out what they thought was the necessary
paperwork. "We were waiting to hear back, but when we hadn't heard anything we
found out in an e-mail that the state (Democratic) party denied access to the
(voter database) because (Grijalva) is an incumbent and he had received a
presidential endorsement."
Arreguin said he didn't know the state party would be involved in the
request. He called Heredia to get more information and also sent an e-mail
asking if the state party's office would reconsider the decision. But he never
heard back from anyone.
"When we sign up and register with a political party, one reason why we do
that is to keep abreast of the candidates - 'Perhaps they will call me when it's
election time comes along and I might be able to volunteer, donate money and
participate.' That's the expectation," he said.
Isn't this just politics?
"I certainly wasn't born yesterday, but it's just amazing the levels you have
to penetrate to be a participant in this democratic process," Arreguin said.
This morning Aguirre said she went to the state party's office in Phoenix at
the of March long before Grijalva received the presidential endorsement and
spoke with Heredia to request the database information. Heredia told her that
she wouldn't be given the information because Grijalva is an incumbent and that
the decision was made by the state's executive committee.
"I was very disappointed, of course. I've been a Democrat all my life and
elected as a Democrat before. I work bipartisan, but nonetheless, this is my
party, so i was very disappointed and sad," Aguirre said.
Aguirre said she went to a national company to get the voter information,
which costs more than going through the state party office. However, when we
talked with her she couldn't recall the name of the company or how much it cost
her campaign.
"Well, I think certainly there are people in the party that have that
relationship with Raul Grijalva ... Yes, he's an incumbent, but I think in this
country, we should have any candidate step up to run in an election without
being attacked by their own party," she said.
According to the state Democratic Party's
website, the executive committee includes chair Bill Roe, first vice
chairwoman Harriet Young, treasurer Rick McGuire, senior vice chairman Jim
Woodbrey, national committeewoman Carolyn Warner, national committeewoman Judy
Kennedy, vice chairwoman Laura Hogan, vice chairwoman Jo Kelleher, vice
chairwoman Sherry B. Williams, vice chairman Chris Campas, vice chairman Manuel
Cruz, vice chairman Gerald Richard, and secretary Sharon Thomas.
I hear this ideal on the Stossel Fox show. Looks like a very unique way to control the uncontrolled rules and regulations being generating by government agencies. Senator Mike Like has proprosed this new bill in congress.
In brief, anything thing that causes a economic impact of over $100 million would be required congressional approval. The problem is that congress has delegated and created several agencies,ie EPA, that really don't have to answer to anyone. Some say they are running amok in destructive rules and regulations causing a serious damper effect on the total economy.
The jest of it that congressional approval would be required to enact any new actions. Right now there is no congressional check on any of these new rules and regulations.
This seems to fit well with John Stossel new book, "No they can't'"
=============================
During his principal comments, Senator Mike
Lee, junior senator from Utah, suggested that one reason why EPA and other
agencies have run amok is that Congress has granted them significant rule making
power with little or no Congressional oversight. To “rein in” these regulatory
excesses, the House of Representatives passed late last year the “Regulations
from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny Act” (REINS). The Act would require
Congressional approval for any regulation that would have an economic impact in
excess of $100 million.
amazing concise right to the point video. Is this really Pres Obama's platform?
I really believe that Pres Obama does not want America to be a Super Power, rules and regulations, printing money, hi unemplyment, remove all guns, tax all ammo.
Bill Clinton used state troopers for his women, is Obama using Secret Service?
I remember when governor Bill Clinton had state troopers provide some women for him.
Has Pres Obama now created a Secret Sex Service (SSS) for himself ?

Is there a link to any of the girls and Pres Obama ?
Would Michele be pissed , if he got caught with his pants down.
According to statements made by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
(ICE) officials, the agency may pursue deportation proceedings against President
Obama's illegal alien uncle, Onyango Obama, unless a court changes his
status.
"ICE met with Mr. Onyango and his attorney…." said ICE spokesman Brian Hale.
(Boston Herald, Apr. 13, 2012) "Pursuant to this
meeting, Mr. Onyango will be required to check in regularly with immigration
officials pending his removal. Absent a change in his immigration status or any
related court proceedings, Mr. Onyango will be required to report to ICE in the
coming weeks in order to effectuate his departure from the United States," he
continued. (Id.)
President Obama's uncle was arrested last year for driving erratically and
operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at nearly twice the
legal limit. (Boston.com, Aug. 31, 2011; see also Boston Herald, Mar. 28, 2012) Upon arrest,
Onyango was briefly detained by ICE officials when they discovered he had
ignored a 20-year-old deportation order. (Boston.com, Aug. 31, 2011)
Given the fact Onyango has yet to face any consequences, it is uncertain
whether ICE's statements indicating they are considering deportation proceedings
against him are sincere. Following Onyango's arrest, Massachusetts Judge Douglas
Stoddard put the case on hold for one year and effectively dismissed the DUI
charges under the terms of the plea arrangement. (Chicago Tribune, Mar. 27, 2012; see also FAIR
Legislative Update, Apr. 2, 2012) The plea deal provided that so long as
Onyango is not arrested again this year, the Court will dismiss the
drunk-driving charges against him. (The Hill, March 27, 2012)
More recently, the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles granted him a
"hardship waiver," allowing him to drive to and from his job managing a liquor
store, despite the fact federal law prohibits illegal aliens from working. (CBS
Boston, Apr. 3, 2012; see INA § 274A(h)(3))
Onyango has hired immigration attorney Margaret Wong, who helped his sister,
Zeituni Onyango, win asylum in 2010. (Boston Herald, Apr. 13, 2012; see alsoFAIR
Legislative Update, Sept. 27, 2010)
Ted Nugent, speaking at the organization's
annual gathering over the weekend, praised NRA members but warned that if
they did not "get everybody in your lives to clean house in this vile, evil,
America-hating administration, I don't even know what you're made out of."
"If the coyote's in your living room,
pissing on your couch, it's not the coyote's fault. It's your fault for not
shooting him," he said.He also denounced the
administration as "criminals" and said a Democratic victory in November would
mean "we'll be a suburb of Indonesia next year" — an apparent reference to
Obama's boyhood time there.
Sen. Claire McCaskill charges the American taxpayer $88K for her private jet
The tough 2012 re-election fight that Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) is facing just got a whole lot tougher after revelations that she and her husband failed to pay $287,273 in property taxes on a private jet.
The disclosure followed reports that she billed taxpayers for political trips on the jet, prompting her to send the Treasury $88,000 in compensation. McCaskill, who said she'll repay the $287,000, too, wants her husband to "sell the damn plane," but Republicans are already running ads about McCaskill's tax gaffe.
It's easy to see why: If the GOP picks off just four Democratic seats next year, they win control of the Senate.

Looking for Obama former pupils / students at University of Chicago
Does anyone of Obama former students from his 12 years of teaching at UofC courses have any notes, audio recording or video showing Obama teaching a class on constitutional law. Even graded papers, notes, comments /

The University of Chicago Law School handles media requests through the University of Chicago News Office.
The Law School is happy to work with the media to provide access to our faculty members, who are experts on myriad subjects, or to provide comment on news stories where appropriate.
For all media inquiries, please contact Sarah Galer at sgaler@uchicago.edu or 773 702 8365. Statement Regarding Barack Obama The Law School has received many media requests about Barack Obama, especially about his status as "Senior Lecturer." From 1992 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. He was a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004, during which time he taught three courses per year. Senior Lecturers are considered to be members of the Law School faculty and are regarded as professors, although not full-time or tenure-track. The title of Senior Lecturer is distinct from the title of Lecturer, which signifies adjunct status. Like Obama, each of the Law School's Senior Lecturers has high-demand careers in politics or public service, which prevent full-time teaching.
Several times during his 12 years as a professor in the Law School, Obama was invited to join the faculty in a full-time tenure-track position, but he declined. .
what the stink over 1 teen shot in Florida ?
Can someone research how many black teens were killed on the same day in LA, Chicago and Florida.
I thought the number one cause of death on black youths were other black youths, not white guys.
Have I been mislead?

Vegas rail plan seeks $4.9 billion federal loan
Idea is for Los Angeles visitors to park in Calif. town, then take train in
On a dusty, rock-strewn expanse at the edge of the Mojave Desert, a company linked to Senate Majority
Leader Harry Reid wants to build a bullet train that would rocket tourists from the middle of nowhere to the gambling palaces of Las Vegas.
Privately held DesertXpress is on the verge of landing a $4.9 billion loan from the Obama administration to build the 150 mph train, which
could be a lifeline for a region devastated by the housing crash or a crap shoot for taxpayers weary of Washington spending.
The vast park-and-ride project hinges on the untested idea that car-loving Californians will drive about 100 miles from the Los Angeles area,
pull off busy Interstate 15 and board a train for the final leg to the famous Strip.
Planners imagine that millions of travelers a year will one day flock to a station outside down-on-its-luck Victorville, a small city where shuttered storefronts pock the historic downtown.
An alliance of business and political rainmakers from The Strip to Capitol Hill is backing the project that could become the first high-speed system to
break ground under President Barack Obama's push to modernize the U.S. rail network — and give the Democratic president's re-election prospects a lift in battleground Nevada.
Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood has publicly blessed the train — it means jobs, he says — and it's cleared several regulatory hurdles in Washington.
Yet even as the Federal Railroad Administration considers awarding what would be, by far, the largest loan of its type, its own research warns it's difficult to predict how many people will ride the train, a critical measure of financial survival, an Associated Press review found.
There are other skeptics, as well.
"It's insanity," says Thomas Finkbiner of the Intermodal Transportation Institute at the University of Denver. "People won't drive to a train to go someplace. If you are going to drive, why not drive all the way and leave when you want?"
Construction cost projections have soared to as much as $6.5 billion, not including interest on the loan. Some fear taxpayer subsidies are inevitable.
Reid and other supporters point to research that shows 80,000 new jobs, but FRA documents show virtually all those would be temporary — no more than 722 would be permanent.

ex Gov. ED Rendell splits from wife
Gov. Rendell and his wife, U.S. Appellate Judge Marjorie “Midge” Rendell, announced in an e-mail to friends today that they will be
“living separately” now that they have left the Governor’s Mansion in Harrisburg.
But Rendell has long been the subject of speculation involving younger women, typically leggy blonds. Rendell most recently turned heads last
May when he arrived at a typical Election Day lunch at the Famous 4th Street Deli with Dr. Kirstin Snow, a state employee and former Miss Pennsylvania.
Gov. Corbett's media office says Snow's job as director of Commonwealth Media Services ended on Jan. 18, the day Rendell left office.
